Darren's knowledge and expertise in the hot tub market is second to none. He was able to diagnose and advise the course of action required when by Danz spa hot tub developed a fault. He despatched the part over to me within 24 hours and I was able fit the new part and we were back in our hot tub in no time. I would have no hesitation in using this company again they were brilliant!

Darren was brilliant and so helpful. Our Chinese hot tub needed a new controller and another supplier recommended that we upgrade to American workings for £1100. Mr Tubby had the pcb needed for £195. It was easy to fit, which I did myself and we are now up an running again! Soooo pleased and would definitely recommend Mr Tubby. Just gutted that they are too far away to use for servicing maintenance and call outs.
