  DO NOT USE. Appalling communication and poor quality. I had to get another company to replace damaged items due to Joanne not answering her phone on the day of my wedding.

  The whole process with this company was extremely disappointing. Joanne never responded to phone calls and was extremely unhelpful -relying when she did communicate to do so by mail. Although the website says they can supply any colours for the sashes, this was not the case for me: I had to compromise in the end and the quote that was provided at the start of the wedding process was disregarded and a "new" one was thought up!!!! I ended paying more from the revised quote just to stop me getting stressed by the whole situation - as the new quote was given to me 2 days before the wedding...
